Identify & record any quality problems. Correct both the result and cause of quality problems prior to further processing. The quality assurance representative and the verifying personnel shall possess this authority, to hold processes which give rise to non-conformity and to embargo non confirming products pending remedial action, with immediate reference to the Project Manager.

The company shall define and document its policy for quality, including objectives for quality and its commitment to quality.

The quality policy shall be relevant to the organizational goals and the expectations and needs of the customers. The company shall ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.

The quality assurance representation shall be the authority for Ensuring that a quality system is established and maintained in accordance with the standard.Reporting the performance of the quality system, to the management for renew and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.

Management review meeting will be carried out every month in order to ensure the quality system, continuing suitably and effectively for the requirement of the standard and in meeting. The client requirement is verified.

The Agenda will be as follows:

  • Review of the minutes of the last meeting.

  • Results of internal and external audits.

  • Clients complaints and actions taken.

  • Information on corrective and preventive action taken.

  • Review of existing quality system and proposed improvements.

  • Review of training needs.

  • Review of companys stated policy and objectives.

  • Date of next review meeting.
